On 24th December 2025, CTGI hosted an ESG Exchange event in Beijing, marking the official release of the annual ESG Report and the announcement of first ESG rating. The event brought together members of the Board of Directors, senior management, shareholder representatives, and heads of relevant departments. Industry experts were also invited to provide professional insights and share perspectives on emerging ESG trends.
SGS presented an assurance statement for CTGI's ESG Report, offering a systematic review of the CTGI's ESG Reports published over the past 3 years. SGS representatives further delivered a thematic presentation on regulatory trends and leading practices in ESG disclosure.
During the event, CTGI's 2025 ESG rating of "A" was formally announced. CCXGFI presented the ESG rating certification, recognizing CTGI's outstanding achievement. CCXGFI also elaborated on the significant value of ESG for investment decision-making, corporate compliance, and risk management.
Board members, senior management, and shareholder representatives engaged in discussions on enhancing ESG ratings, optimizing information disclosure, and managing material ESG topics.
