However, they concurred that significant challenges in financing, approving, and long development cycles persist. Senior Chinese and international officials delivered opening remarks, including Head of the Chinese Delegation to COP30 and Vice Minister of Ecology and Environment Li Gao and IRENA Director-General Francesco La Camera.

Participants commended China's achievements in areas such as clean energy services and advanced manufacturing.
